We use litigation to advance justice and accountability, defending marginalized and local communities from exploitation by business elites, political power, and other systemic injustices.
Research, Technical Assistance and Institutional Support
We advise UN agencies, government bodies, and private entities, grounded in research on the rights of minority and indigenous communities. We do not accept work that could compromise our independence or the trust of these communities.
